Job Description
Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of daily tasks and will play a key role in the efficient operation currently running at Lennoxtown.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Complete in full daily tasks as instructed by the Cleaning Manager
- Provide a clean and hygienic work environment
- Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
- Deal with any ad hoc requests promptly and courteously
- Ensure cleaning fluids are used correctly
- Adhere to PPE guidance
- Sign off daily checklists and submit to management
Skills and Experience required:
Essential
- Experience in a confidential working environment
- Waste management knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, to use own initiative and to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
Desirable
- Previous cleaning experience and use of cleaning equipment preferred
