DisAbility Foundation Coach – Fulham FC Foundation
Fulham Football Club Foundation is looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic, and ambitious coach with a genuine passion and desire to work with children, young people, and adults with disabilities and additional needs. Role Overview
As a DisAbility Foundation Coach, you will deliver engaging Physical Education and community football sessions across a variety of programmes, including Pan DisAbility Hubs, Active Autism, DS Badgers, Frame Football, Blind Football, and Pan DisAbility Soccer Schools.
Working closely with the Senior DisAbility Development Manager, you will support curriculum development, programme delivery, and teacher training. You will also build strong relationships with schools and community partners, contribute to holiday programmes, and ensure the highest level of customer service. The role typically involves working Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays depending on need.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a coach with experience in delivering football, PE, and extracurricular activities to children and young people with disabilities and additional needs. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, well organised, and passionate about the Foundation’s mission. You will be a positive role model, demonstrating excellent personal conduct, strong time management, and the ability to work independently.
Salary: £12,850 - £13,700

- Act as an ambassador for FFCF, building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, parents/carers, partner organisations, and colleagues to ensure exceptional experiences.
- Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons, extra-curricular, and community activities in line with the national curriculum, NGB guidelines, and FFCF standards.
- Collaborate with the Senior DisAbility Development Manager to develop and enhance the curriculum for Schools, Colleges, SEN Units, and Resource Bases.
- Lead the delivery of Pan DisAbility Hubs, disability-specific sessions, Pan DisAbility Soccer Schools, and other Foundation programmes. - Facilitate smooth transitions between school-based activities, wider Foundation programmes, and community opportunities.
- Identify and support progression pathways for talented young people with disabilities, including entry into the Para Talent Hub.
- Oversee data collection and monitoring to ensure accurate and timely reporting for programme evaluation and improvement. - Work with the Senior DisAbility Development Manager to maintain programme standards, achieve attendance targets, and drive promotion of FFCF activities.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the DisAbility Department, collaborating across programmes in line with Foundation values and strategic objectives.
