### The Role: Goalkeeper Coach
We’re looking for a passionate, motivated *Goalkeeper Coach* to join our growing team and deliver high-quality specialist goalkeeper sessions across various age groups and ability levels. This is a permanent role with opportunities for progression into senior roles for the right candidate.

### Key Responsibilities
* Deliver structured goalkeeper-specific training sessions for children aged 4–18.
* Work with goalkeepers across academy sessions, after-school clubs, and holiday camps.
* Follow BB Soccer’s coaching syllabus while bringing your own style and creativity to sessions.
* Plan and upload weekly goalkeeper session plans to a central coaching platform.
* Adapt sessions based on age, ability, and group size.
* Communicate effectively with parents, players, and coaching colleagues.
* Ensure all sessions meet safeguarding and health & safety standards.
* Assist in organising and delivering BB Soccer holiday camps during school breaks.
* Promote confidence, resilience, sportsmanship, and overall player development.

### Working Hours
*Term-Time Working Hours:*
Weekly midweek sessions (to be discussed and agreed depending on the applicant).
*School Holidays:*
Hours increase to *up to 40 hours per week*, with overtime pay available.

### What We’re Looking For
*Essential:*
* Experience coaching children aged 4–18.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A passion for goalkeeper development and helping young players grow.
*Desirable:*
* Experience coaching children aged 4–18.
* FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football.
* *National Goalkeeping Course Certification.*
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid First Aid and Safeguarding Children certificates (or willingness to obtain).
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Experience working in an academy, grassroots, or school environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
