PE Specialist / Sports Coach

Location: Harrow
Position: Part-time & Full-time (Self-Employed)

Be Active Sports and Clubs is a specialist sports coaching company working in partnership with primary schools to deliver a comprehensive programme of physical activity.

The Role

Due to increased demand from our partner schools, we are currently recruiting PE Specialists / Sports Coaches to work across Harrow.

The role will involve:

  • Delivering high-quality PE lessons to primary school pupils
  • Leading lunchtime and after-school sports clubs
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Representing Be Active Sports and Clubs professionally within schools

Essential / Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

Preferred entry requirements include:

  • Enhanced DBS check (clear)
  • Emergency First Aid certificate
  • Child Safeguarding certificate
  • Previous experience in sports coaching or a related coaching environment
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in a sport (e.g. Level 2 Football Coaching) – desirable
  • Ability to travel between schools (own transport desirable)
  • Two professional references from previous employment

Please note: This is a self-employed sports coaching position.

Pay: £95.00-£120.00 per year
