Roehampton Elite FC is one of Southwest London’s fastest-growing youth football academies, competing in the Junior Premier League (JPL) and London Youth League. We focus on developing young players through:

⚫ Role Overview

We are seeking a Foundation Phase Coach (U5–U10) to join our team for the 2026/27 season. This part-time role is ideal for coaches who can deliver structured, engaging sessions and contribute to a professional, ambitious academy environment.

Mandatory weekly commitment:
✅ Tuesday evening training
✅ Wednesday evening training
✅ Sunday matches
Total hours: 6–7 per week

⚫ Requirements

• 2–3+ years coaching experience (Foundation Phase preferred)

• Confident coaching U5–U10 players

• Ability to deliver structured, development-focused sessions

• Professional, reliable, and strong communicator

• Energy, leadership, and presence in every session

• Able to travel across South West London / Surrey / West London for training and matches
