JOB TITLE: Network Manager (Football Data & Analysis)

LOCATION: Hybrid/Central London

CONTRACT: Full-time

 

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Network Manager to help build and then lead our growing team of football analysts.

This is a key leadership position responsible for recruitment, performance oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality across our analysis network.

The ideal candidate is an excellent and proactive communicator, a natural problem-solver, and a genuine football enthusiast who understands the demands of fast-paced, accuracy-driven work.

 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing cohort of football analysts across the world.
  • Deliver clear, constructive feedback and provide ongoing support to analysts at all levels.
  • Host weekly team meetings to review performance, share updates, discuss challenges, and align on improvements.

 

Quality Control & Performance Oversight

  • Oversee the accuracy and consistency of analyst outputs, including lineup predictions, match coverage, and deadline compliance.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews, assessing metrics such as lineup accuracy and timeliness.
  • Uphold and refine internal standards, ensuring all work meets company expectations.

Operational Involvement

  • Manage a league yourself to stay close to workflows, pressures, and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify training gaps and process inefficiencies, and implement improvements across the network.
  • Act as the central point of contact for analyst questions, troubleshooting, and escalation. Reporting to the Head of Trading and Head of Network.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Exceptional communication skills — clear, confident, and supportive.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and reliability.
  • Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fast learner who can absorb and implement new systems and approaches quickly.
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally within a data, sports, or operations environment.
  • Genuine interest in football, with good general knowledge of leagues, teams, and trends.
