Football Coach – Hertfordshire

Locations: Stratton, Harlow, Bishops Stortford
Hours: Evening sessions (January–June)
Type: Part-Time Coaching Role

Lead and inspire players in our Hertfordshire development centres.

If you’re a motivated football coach who loves seeing players improve and progress, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-energy sessions to players aged 6–16

• Build a positive, supportive atmosphere that challenges every player

• Provide detailed feedback to help players take their next steps in the game

• Represent Norwich City Football Development with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C preferred)

• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)

• Someone who thrives on working with young people and developing talent
