Job Title: Football Coach (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential)
About the Role:
We’re looking for passionate and driven football coaches to join our growing team. As a coach, you'll be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality training sessions across a range of services, always in alignment with our mission and vision.
You will be leading:
- Private 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and small group sessions
- Youth and adult team training
- Lead group sessions for both youth and adults
- In-game coaching support
- Position-specific training sessions
All sessions must be thoughtfully planned and executed to an elite standard, with a strong emphasis on player development, enjoyment, and professionalism.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Occasional weekend sessions may be required
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for football and developing players of all levels
- High standards both on and off the pitch
- Coaching and/or playing experience at a competitive level (preferred but not essential)
- A desire to grow within the role, with opportunities to move into a full-time position based on performance
