We're looking for passionate, dedicated, and empathetic coaches to join our team. As a coach at Hotshots Academy, you'll be more than just a football Coach—you'll be a mentor, role model, and life skills teacher. You will help us achieve our mission of making football accessible, enjoyable, and impactful for every child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Training Sessions: Conduct fun, engaging, and educational football training sessions that cater to kids of all skill levels.
- Teach Life Skills: Integrate lessons in confidence, communication, and collaboration into every session.
- Create a Positive Environment: Ensure all children feel welcomed, valued, and free from judgment, fostering a love for the game.
- Organise Match Days: Assist in staging match days that give children an authentic Premier League experience, focusing on light-hearted competition and personal growth.
- Support All Players: Work closely with kids who may need extra encouragement or guidance, ensuring they remain engaged and enthusiastic about football.
