Job description:
BE1 National Football Academy is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Football Coach – Grassroots Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in both elite youth development and grassroots football coordination within the academy.
Main responsibilities:
Head coach of the U15 Elite Youth League team
Assistant coach for the U16 Elite Youth League / Baltic Youth League team
Coordination and supervision of Grassroots (U8–U12) coaches and their daily work
Additional responsibilities:
Working with the ProSoccerData platform
Conducting individual training sessions with talented players
Educating and mentoring local youth football coaches
Assisting the Academy’s Technical Director
Developing and improving the training methodology for U8–U12 academy team
Requirements:
UEFA B Licence (minimum)
At least 2 years of experience working with young football players
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Legal permit to work with children (clean criminal record
