What's your new role about?
We are looking for a freelancer to provide services as a Soccer Supporter, assisting Scouts while collecting real-time data live from the venue. This is an exciting role and is great for someone with a good eye for detail, reliable and with integrity to ensure the data is accurately collected. This is an essential position and requires someone with great communication skills, is familiar with technology and has a solid understanding of Soccer.
Key responsibilities:
Efficiently resolve tickets and document issues to maintain smooth support operations
Analyzing real-time sports information, guaranteeing the quality of the product for our clients
Provide first line of support to Scouts in the field by communicating efficiently and in accordance with our internal guidelines
Documenting incidents and relevant occurrences for further analysis
