About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to deliver small group sessions to our Emerging Talent Centre squads at Stevenage Football Club, predominantly with our U9-U12 age groups. These sessions will have a technical focus, and will run 5-8pm on Friday evenings, at our Sports Hub. The role includes planning and delivering weekly sessions aligned to the club philosophy, alongside providing feedback and working closely with age group leads across the programme. The successful candidate will design and lead engaging, progressive sessions that are closely aligned with player development objectives. Beyond technical delivery, they will play a key role in guiding the individual development of players, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes both personal growth and athletic progression.
