Celtic Football Club is currently recruiting for an Office Assistant. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the post holder will assist with the day-to-day operation of the Purchasing & Facilities Department.
Key accountabilities will include:
Assist with raising purchase requisitions and processing purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Provide general administrative support to the Facilities, Finance and Purchasing team
Support supplier and purchasing administration, including basic price checks
Assist with identifying cost-effective purchasing options when required
Manage stationery and office supply orders for the club
Provide administrative support for fleet data and vehicle allocation
To assist with Facilities Helpdesk enquires
Process incoming and outgoing departmental mail
