About The Role   Purpose of the Post : The purpose of the Part-Time Age Group Coach is to manage the team, players and parents through the season. The Part-Time Age Group Coach will be the first point of contact for players and parents within relevant age group and will be expected to communicate and organise team logistics throughout the week. On the field, the Part-Time Age Group Coach will be expected to deliver practical sessions suitable for elite level youth players in line with the Academy coaching and playing philosophies and will have a strong understanding of individual player development. About The Role Purpose of the Post: The Youth Development Phase Lead is responsible for the oversight and delivery of all coaching, development programmes, and staff coordination within the U12–U16 age groups. The role supports the academy’s long-term player development model, ensuring players transition effectively from Foundation Phase into YDP and continue progressing into the Professional Development Phase (PDP).
