About The Role   Is knowledgeable and in coaching the technical and tactical Principles of play in the small-sided games format including 5v5, 7v7. Support development of Pre-Academy Players. To be available for all internal CPD and keep relevant FA qualifications up to date. A genuine team player. Flexibility and willingness to learn. Such other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the post and to assist the Lead Coach. Maintains 95% attendance throughout the season.
