Job Summary and Key Objectives: The Assistant Groundsperson is required to give support to the Training ground Pitch manager and is primarily based at the Training Ground (Heston). The Assistant Grounds person will work as part of the team and be responsible for the maintenance and preparation of the training grounds pitches made up of a mixture of DESSO reinforced and soil-based pitches. Tasks may include cutting, marking spiking, brushing and surface grooming. Maintenance of associated soft and hard landscaping areas are also actively taking part in ensuring that the overall site is presented to a high standard.
