Key Responsibilities 1. Assist with creating and managing the club’s digital marketing communications, including weekly email newsletters and targeted campaigns. 2. Support incremental sales growth in ticketing and retail through digital and fan engagement strategies. 3. Analyse and extract data from the fan database to inform marketing strategies. 4. Contribute to delivering Club Partners’ digital requirements as per contractual agreements. 5. Help create and maintain a best-in-class digital experience for our fans. 6. Support international fan engagement initiatives. 7. Assist in improving supporter relations and fan experience on match and nonmatch days. 8.
