We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic female coaches to join our grassroots youth girls'  club, working with players aged 14  to 16. Our club prioritises inclusivity and provides a supportive environment where all girls can develop their soccer skills, regardless of experience level. As a coach, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a love for the game, promoting teamwork, and empowering our players to reach their full potential. Qualifications:  1. ROLE PURPOSE The Head of Football Development oversees all Football Development Department operations at Boston United FC up to Under 19 level, including the Academy, Elite teams, and all participation and grassroots programmes (male and female).
