The Micro/Recreational Soccer Coach will coach San Francisco Glens Soccer Club Micro and Recreational team(s) of players ages 5-9 in Spring 2027. Coaches will provide developmentally appropriate, consistent coaching focused on movement, coordination, team-building, communication, and enjoyment. Soccer and coaching experience preferred but not required. For each team coached, coaches will facilitate one (1) total practice during the week and one (1) match on weekends. Job Duties: Prepare for and supervise one (1) weekly practice and one (1) weekend match for each San Francisco Glens youth soccer team coached. Incorporate motor & movement development principles for players ages 5-9 in soccer setting. Meet with US Soccer Federation-licensed coaches for progress reports and coaching strategy.
