You’ll work alongside our staff and volunteers and help one of the largest indoor winter futsal leagues in the nation!

What You’ll Do
•Walk the fields and check that each game is ready to go
•Help players, parents, and coaches find where they need to be
•Tell a staff member right away if there’s an injury or a problem
•At the end of a game, help guide everyone out of the building
•Get the next teams onto the field so games start on time
•Help set up fields and equipment when needed
•Check in with the Program Manager and the team throughout your shift

•Available most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between late November and late February
•Interest in soccer (you don’t have to be an expert)
•Comfortable telling people where to go and speaking up in a friendly, clear way
•A good team player who works well with staff, volunteers, and full-time employees
•Reliable, on time, and positive, even when it’s busy

Nice to Have (Not Required)

•First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Not required to apply, and we can help you get certified.
•Referee experience or futsal knowledge. Not needed at all, and it doesn’t affect hiring.

Perks

•Letter of recommendation for future employers
•Gym access and potential use of the COPA facility
•Training and support from the COPA team

Why Work With Us

•Be part of a busy, fun soccer environment
•Learn real-world skills: teamwork, communication, and handling problems calmly
