Full job description
This is a sessional, deemed employee role, paid at a rate of £30 per session. Sessions will be offered on an as-needed basis and are subject to availability and the requirements of the Club.
Job role:
To embrace a holistic approach to the development of all young Tranmere Rovers players within the designated age group. To plan, deliver and review age-appropriate coaching sessions, matchdays and off-pitch work in alignment with our coaching and playing philosophy. To ensure each individual player under your provision has an up-to-date individual development plan which is being worked towards consistently.
Main duties :
Ensure that all sessions are planned, setting out the learning intentions which the session is intending to achieve and the coaching which will be given in order to achieve them.
Deliver the Coaching Programme for players in an age group.
Contribute to the multi-disciplinary reviews of all players in the age...
