The Football Association is pleased to share that we are recruiting for a Workday Training and Communications Specialist to join our Workday Change Management workstream. This role will focus on HR and is offered on a fixed-term contract until March 2027 and is based at Wembley Stadium for two days per week. We've just completed the first phase of our Workday implementation, which included the Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Expenses and Payroll modules. We're now focusing on the adoption of our initial phase, refining and building our configuration, whilst also planning for the future phases of implementation, which for HR will include Workday Recruiting, Learning and Help. You will design, develop and deliver The Football Association's Workday Training and Learning Strategy, approach and plan.
