Academy Coach Responsibilities: • Coach an assigned Boys Youth Academy age group (U13–U17) at training sessions and matchdays. • Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality, engaging coaching sessions. • Implement and promote The Hearts Way coaching philosophy and curriculum. • Monitor player development in line with Individual Player Development Plans. • Provide regular, constructive feedback to players and their parents/carers in accordance with Academy review processes. • Reflect on coaching practice and continually seek opportunities to develop professionally. • Foster a safe, positive and inclusive environment that supports both player development and wellbeing. • Work collaboratively with Academy colleagues and multidisciplinary staff to support player progression. Academy Goalkeeping Coach Responsibilities: • Responsible for implementing coaching programs for Academy Goalkeepers. • Work with Academy Goalkeepers at both training and matchdays. • Ensure that all individual and team learning objectives link to the Hearts Way. • Liaise with colleagues and various coaching staff regarding coaching programs and individual Goalkeeper development. • Communicate with the Head of Academy Goalkeeping to report on the performance and progress of each Goalkeeper in the Academy • Provide support on matchdays to age group Coaches, and ensure Goalkeepers are appropriately warmed-up pre-match. • Create a positive environment for our Goalkeepers’ development. • Reflect and evaluate training sessions and coaching style, to continuously develop as a coach. • Assist in any other related duties that may be required.   Experience, Qualifications & Requirements: • UEFA Goalkeeping B and/or...
