FAB - Bournemouth local grassroots Club, playing in Dorset League and Testway League.
We providing football coaching sessions for children of all abilities. We are supportive, creative and growing club, our goal is to connect Grassroots with Professional Academy's Football - everyone deserves the chance.

We are looking for a football Head Coach- Manager to join our U15 team to help our young players to reach their potential. The ideal candidate will also be able to motivate players, manage their behaviour and provide guidance on and off the pitch. We are looking for someone who is passionate about football and is committed to individual and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for team success.
- Motivate players to reach their full potential.
- Organise and lead practices and drills.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.
- Develop a positive team culture.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Ideally candidates with:
- DBS check
- Safegurding Course
- Introduction to coaching, UEFA C
- experience
We are open for local candidates who wants to get into the coaching we can support with courses. We have also Coaching assistants positions available for a good strat.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
