Football Coach

Duties

• Design and implement engaging training programs tailored to different skill levels and age groups
• Lead team practices and drills to improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
• Foster a supportive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect
• Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills and confidence
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities

Qualifications

• Proven sports coaching experience, preferably in football or similar team sports
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of athletes
• Knowledge of football rules, techniques, tactics, and safety standards
• Ability to plan structured training sessions that balance skill development with fun and engagement
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with players, parents, and staff
• Certification in first aid or sports safety is a plus but not required
• Passion for mentoring youth and fostering a positive sporting environment

Pay: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
