About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate lead football coach, to lead our busy venues in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, from 18 months - 12 years old and have the ability to contribute to our players pathway within our academy.

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Lead Football Coach to inspire and guide our youngest players. In this role, you will lead engaging football sessions tailored specifically for toddlers, focusing on developing fundamental skills, encouraging teamwork, and instilling confidence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help shape positive sporting experiences for children just beginning their football journey.

Experience

• Proven sports coaching experience, preferably working with young children or in early childhood education
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage toddlers in active learning experiences
• Passion for youth development through sport and a genuine caring attitude
• Ability to create fun, energetic sessions that motivate young children to participate actively
• Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and team members effectively
