West Riding FA has undergone significant change in recent years. We have strengthened our governance framework, modernised our Board structure and continued to invest in the capability, culture and leadership required of a progressive governing body.
As we look ahead, our focus is increasingly on long term sustainability, organisational resilience and ensuring that every decision we make delivers the greatest possible value to grassroots football.
The appointment of a Finance Director comes at an important stage in our development. This is more than a governance role. It is an opportunity to influence how one of the largest County Football Associations in England plans for the future, manages its resources and maximises its impact across the communities it serves.
