The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Youth Development Phase (U15 - U16) in meeting the targets outlined in the Academy Performance Plan, Academy Playing & Coaching Philosophy, and Academy Values. They will assist in delivering the coaching programme within the Youth Development Phase and contribute to the effective running of the Youth Development Phase Day Release programme. They will promote the holistic development of players, ensuring their individual needs are met in line with their Individual Development Plans, whilst modelling and upholding exemplary practice that reflects the DCFC Academy values for both players and staff across the phase.
