Job Description
Prston North End are seeking an ambitious, highly credible and strategically minded Head of Technical to play a role in shaping the recruitment strategy of the first team.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the demands of the modern professional game, with proven experience of working within a high-performance environment and an ability to translate strategic objectives into effective football operations.
They will provide leadership across recruitment and squad planning, player profiling, talent identification, ensuring decisions are underpinned by a combination of expert football judgement, data and market intelligence.
The closing date for this role is Monday 12th October, with shortlisting to take place on Wednesday 14th October and interviews are then set to go ahead in the week commencing 19th October.
