Resourcing & Talent Advisor
We're looking for an experienced Resourcing & Talent Advisor to join our Talent team and help us evolve how we attract and recruit talent across The FA.
This is a varied, hands-on recruitment role with the opportunity to work across the breadth of our organisation. One day you could be recruiting for a high-volume campaign, the next sourcing a hard-to-find specialist or partnering with a senior leader on an executive appointment.
We're looking for more than someone who can manage a recruitment process. We want an excellent recruiter who is curious about the market, knows how to find great people and is keen to try new approaches. You'll combine strong delivery with proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and market insight, while providing a great experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You'll also join us at an exciting point in the development of our Talent function. Our 2026-28 Talent Strategy is focused on becoming more proactive, evidence-led and innovative, with significant opportunities to improve how we use data, technology and AI, build talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand and assessment approach.

Currently, we are working within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model, and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary. The FA are based out of Wembley Stadium and St George's Park
Wembley Stadium is the largest stadium in the UK, and with a capacity of over 90,000 is one of the largest stadiums in Europe. It is the playing venue of the English national team and also hosts such notable games as the League Cup final, FA Cup final, and Community Shield.
The current stadium was officially opened in 2007, replacing the original 1923-built Wembley Stadium which stood on the same site.
St. George’s Park, The FA's National Football Centre, is located in Burton-on-Trent and is an education and research centre giving future generations of English football coaches the fundamentals they need to effectively coach in their communities.
The £105m St George's Park, an impressive 330-acre facility, has 11 outdoor pitches, including an exact replica of the pitch at Wembley Stadium, as well as an altitude chamber that allows them to mimic playing conditions in different stadia around the world.
