Hull City Football Club are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic First Team Analyst to join our Performance Analysis department. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, analysing and distributing first team training video and data, supporting coaches and players in developing individual and team performance.

Your key responsibilities
Lead the capture, analysis and distribution of first team training video and data.
Provide individual training clips and manage best practice video databases in line with the Club's playing style.
Work closely with coaching staff to support individual player development using subjective and objective data.
Manage the Club's PlayerMaker IMU system, producing daily technical reports and monitoring rehabilitation sessions when required.
Maintain accurate technical performance datasets within the Club's central data sharing hub.
Manage the Club's HUDL platform, encouraging engagement from coaches and players.
Support the monitoring and video analysis of players on international duty or loan.
Assist with pre-match, post-match and matchday performance analysis workflows.
Collaborate with coaching, sports science, medical and Academy staff to deliver effective multidisciplinary support.
Keep up to date with research and innovations within elite sport, identifying opportunities to improve performance practices.
Undertake additional duties as required by the first team coaching staff and Head of Performance and Medical Services.
What are we looking for?
Experience in performance analysis, ideally within professional or elite football.
Knowledge of video analysis, technical performance and objective data collection.
Experience using video analysis platforms, ideally HUDL.
Knowledge of PlayerMaker IMU systems would be desirable.
Relevant qualifications in performance analysis, sports science or a related discipline.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
A proactive approach to professional development and keeping up to date with industry developments.
