As an Executive Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards across our world-class training facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring all offices, training areas, changing rooms, gym spaces, and swimming pool areas are cleaned and presented to an exceptional standard each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth delivery of daily operations and events, ensuring all areas are fully prepared ahead of schedule.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to maintain high operational standards.
  • Identify, report, and help coordinate the resolution of maintenance and facility-related issues.
  • Assist with stock control and ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available by liaising with supervisors.
  • Respond proactively to changing business needs and operational priorities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing quick turnarounds between activities, events, and functions.
  • Take ownership of maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for colleagues, visitors, and guests.
  • Contribute to the overall success of operations through a flexible, hands-on approach.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Awareness of COSHH and health & safety practices
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable)
