Superstadium Management Company Ltd (SMC) are looking to recruit enthusiastic Hospitality Front of House Team Members to join our matchday team and play a vital role in delivering a memorable experience for hospitality guests and sponsors.
This is a fast-paced role where you will work as part of a team to ensure our hospitality areas operate smoothly and guests receive the high standard of service we expect.
Position Type: Casual / Matchday Event Staff
Hours: Casual hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Location: MKM Stadium, Hull HU3 6HU

Your key responsibilities
• Welcome and assist hospitality guests in a friendly, professional and approachable manner.
• Provide high standards of customer service at every event.
• Assist with the smooth running of hospitality areas before, during and after events.
• Follow the direction and guidance of hospitality managers and the wider management team.
• Attend pre-match briefings and ensure you understand your duties and responsibilities for each event.
• Assist with preparing and presenting hospitality areas before guests arrive.
• Respond to guest queries and requests, escalating matters when necessary.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and other stadium departments.
• Respond professionally to unexpected situations and follow the appropriate MKM Stadium procedures.
• Follow all relevant health and safety requirements and MKM Stadium policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional standards of dress, presentation and behaviour throughout each event.
• Assist with closing hospitality areas after events.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties required to support the smooth running of all hospitality areas.

You will be friendly, approachable, reliable and confident when interacting with a wide range of guests. You will also be a strong team player who supports colleagues, takes direction from management and represents SMC and the MKM Stadium professionally.
Essential Requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Reliable and punctual, with a professional standard of dress and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team and willingness to follow instructions from management.
• Flexible approach to work, with availability for evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Desirable Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality, events or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience working in a stadium, sports venue or matchday environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing hospitality role.
• NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety.
Training and Development
• As part of your training at the MKM Stadium, you will have the opportunity to gain the NVQ Level 2 qualification in Spectator Safety.
