First Team Performance Coach

Bristol Rovers is seeking an experienced and dynamic Performance Coach to lead the Performance function of the First Team, ensuring a world-class approach to physical performance, health and wellbeing that supports the squad to compete and succeed at the highest level.

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the Manager and Football Management Team, ensuring players are optimally prepared, monitored and recovered across a demanding competitive fixture schedule.
