Office Manager for Nonprofit Youth Soccer Club

Responsible to the Executive Director for the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit youth soccer club
+ Essential Job Functions
Support HEX ENCL program by providing the following
Create registration in Demosphere and manage game and field schedule for HEX
Administer Got Sport, TeamSnap and Athlete One to ensure all requirements for HEX are met
Verify background checks for all HEX coaches
Manage all uniform, HUDL and administration requirements for HEX
Provide support for Executive Director by providing the following:
Update banking transactions using accounting software
Write checks as required by Board President
Create and maintain contact list of all board members and employees
Rock Spring League
Administer Rock Spring League yearly.
Update website as required. 
Form divisions, create game schedule and work closely with referee assignors.
Interface with ICSL daily concerning issues and changes. 
CRUSA Tournaments
Manage all aspects of the club’s tournaments (2 or more per season). 
Post information on tournament web pages. 

Previous experience working for a youth sports nonprofit preferred
Experience working with a verity of sports websites and applications to include Constant Contact, 
GotSport and Demosphere preferred
Experience with ENCL preferred
