Ipswich Town Foundation is currently looking to recruit Casual Coaches for our Open Access Provision in the Bury St Edmunds area. These programmes are our Blueys Ballers targeted at 3-6-year-olds, and our Player Development Centres targeted at 6-16-year-olds.
We are seeking coaches who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate to continue their own development while having an ability to embed a love of football across our programmes. The successful candidates will deliver fun, safe and inclusive learning environments to support the development of all participants.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
