Sales Representative – Road2Pro Soccer Academy & Agency
About Road2Pro
Road2Pro is an Ottawa-based high-performance soccer academy and FIFA-licensed soccer agency offering a unique pathway for young Canadian athletes pursuing a professional soccer career.
Since our launch in 2024, Road2Pro has helped numerous Canadian players earn professional opportunities and secure placements with clubs in Europe. Through our experienced coaching staff, FIFA-licensed agents, and strong network of professional clubs, we provide an environment where athletes can develop, gain international exposure, and achieve their professional ambitions.
As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with knowledge of the soccer industry to join our team.
Position Details
- Contract: 3-month contract
- Schedule: 5 hours per day, 3 days per week
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Hourly Wage: $23/hour
- Commission: 1.5% to 10% on sales
Compensation
- Monthly Hours: 60 hours
- Hours Every Two Weeks: 30 hours
- Guaranteed Salary (3-month contract): $4,140
- Potential Commission: Up to $46,770
- Total Earning Potential: Over $50,000 during the 3-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Sell Road2Pro program packages to qualified leads provided by the company (players and families).
- Contact potential sponsors and businesses to introduce Road2Pro.
- Schedule meetings with prospective sponsors and partners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales (experience in soccer or sports is a strong asset).
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Is passionate about soccer and youth athlete development.
- Can confidently represent the Road2Pro brand and build long-term relationships with players, families, and sponsors.
