Vancouver Whitecaps FC is seeking an organized, dependable, and passionate MLS Academy Equipment Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of equipment operations for the Club. This role is responsible for ensuring players, coaches, and staff have the equipment, apparel, and resources they need to perform at their best throughout training, match days, and team travel.
Working closely with the Equipment Manager and soccer operations staff, the Equipment Coordinator will help maintain the highest professional standards across all equipment operations, inventory management, locker room preparation, and team logistics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to support elite performance.
