We're looking for a Cleaner to join the team at our Playford Road Training Ground. They will support the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and facilities at the ITFC Training Ground. Ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environment. The role involves carrying out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks under minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication and teamwork, working collaboratively with colleagues across the other departments.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
