We're looking for Casual Training Ground Stewards to provide a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all players, staff, and visitors attending training ground events at the Playford Road and Bent Lane sites. The Steward will support the effective delivery of events by assisting with crowd management, access control, and general site supervision, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with the Club’s safeguarding and health & safety policies.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
