Job Summary 

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Capital operational functions including Payroll Management, Training, and Human Capital administration tasks. 

 

Job Description

Payroll & Leave Management

  • Liaise with payroll outsourcing vendor on monthly payroll processing 
  • Prepare bank files for submission 
  • Prepare statutory submissions to CPF & IRAS and ensure timely and accurate processing in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies 
  • Process monthly claims and verify receipts 
  • Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting to Finance 
  • Handle and resolve employees’ enquiries pertaining to payroll matters 
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for the department 
  • Support leave and benefits management queries from employees 
  • Provide advice and support to HODs and employees on all compensation matters 

 

Reporting & Projects 

  • Submission of MOM survey or any other required labour statistics surveys 
  • Support the analysis of total payroll expenditure and the yearly payroll budget preparation and forecast 
  • Drive payroll reviews and enhancements 
  • Prepare and compile data and reports to Finance and Auditors 

 

Learning and Development 

  • Support the coordination and administration of learning and development programs  
  • Assists with training logistics, enrolments, attendance tracking, and training records, while providing support to employees and stakeholders on learning-related matters 

 

Other duties 

  • Coordinate training registration and administer SDF and absentee payroll claims 
  • Process all MUP, IR21, IR8A, WICA, and all government paid claims 
  • Assist with internship job posting via school internship portal(s) 
  • Administrative functions: ordering of pantry and stationery items, business card and office supplies 

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent 
  • IHRP-CA certification preferred 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and generalist HR role 
  • Experience with training and development will be an added advantage 
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource best practices and employment law  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality at all levels 
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team 
  • Proficient in the use of Human Resource Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
