Reporting to a designated ELT member, the Executive Assistant provides executive support to Chelsea FC's Executive Leadership. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
• Provide executive support to leadership and collaborate with other respective Executive Assistants and admin teams. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Provide sophisticated calendar management including prioritising enquiries and requests while troubleshooting any conflicts that may arise.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the ability for leadership to effectively lead the business. This will include designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and external parties; composing and preparing correspondence including minute taking; maintaining contact lists and making transport arrangements where required.
• Work closely with leadership to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Plan, coordinate and ensures the leadership's schedule is followed and respected. Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the leadership's time and office.
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings, off-site meetings/events and all staff meetings
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects
• Occasionally cover for and help other Executive Assistants if necessary

• To create a safe environment and act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are either in your care or attending club premises, and report any concerns to the Safeguarding Lead'
• To report any misconduct or suspected misconduct to the HR Department'

Experience:
• Extensive PA experience at C-Suite level
• Professional, dedicated and reliable with a hands-on attitude and willingness to perform any and all responsibilities
• Experience of working or directing work in sports/football preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently and objectively support and influence people at all levels
• Ability to plan, prioritise and use own initiative to meet multiple deadlines
• Ability to assimilate complex information and data quickly and accurately
• Experience of working with highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, recognising the need to ask for guidance when necessary
• Able to use initiative and highly organised
• Not afraid to offer ideas to improve systems
• Keen to develop and learn about the business
• Exceptional multi-tasker
• Potential travel requirements
