THE POSITION

The Procurement Manager for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 will lead the implementation of the FIFA27 Procurement. Policy, ensuring organization-wide compliance through ongoing employee training. You will conduct and support other project leaders with RFI/RFP processes, proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms. This role drives interdepartmental alignment and manages the FIFA27 SAP cost contract database to deliver cost efficiency, compliant, simple and transparent solutions across FIFA procurement landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ process, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts to ensure best terms and conditions.
• Develop templates and improve procedures in order to streamline the procurement process.
• Support project leaders in all matters regarding procurement processes
• Supervise procurement coordinators in their tasks
• Implement the FIFA27 Procurement Policy and procedures across the organization.
• Train employees on an on-going basis to ensure adherence to FIFA27 Procurement Policy
• Facilitate inter-departmental alignment on key procurement projects
• Responsible for the FIFA27 SAP cost contract database, including entering and maintaining contract data and 
creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
• Create spend reports for management as requested
• Work collaboratively with other FIFA procurement teams (FIFA HQ, FIFA26).

YOUR PROFILE

Education
• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Procurement and/or extensive experience in indirect procurement.

Experience
• Solid experience in a similar role.
• Experience in tendering processes, major procurement projects and contract management
• Very good SAP MM knowledge
• Knowledge of Docusign is an asset
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset
• Experience in setting up a procurement department from scratch is an asset

• Right to work in Brazil.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
