ROLE PURPOSE
This is a junior, hands-on builder role focused on delivering practical internal Al tools, automations and integrations in a governed enterprise environment. It is not a research role, not an adoption/training role, and not a pure business analyst role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Building internal tools, automations and lightweight applications.
• Connecting systems and moving data via APIs.
• Prototyping quickly and turning business needs into working solutions.
• Working within a Microsoft / Azure enterprise stack.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to build working things, not just analyse or produce slides.
• Comfortable with APIs, JSON, authentication basics, and moving data between systems.
• Hands-on with Python or JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and serverless / Azure Functions-style patterns.
• Some exposure to Power Platform, Copilot Studio or workflow tooling.
• Enough business understanding to turn ambiguous needs into simple useful tools.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Azure Static Web Apps.
• Cosmos DB.
• Entra ID / Microsoft 365 SSO.
• Basic front-end capability.
