Overview
Just Ballers is a fast-growing youth football programme delivering structured, fun, and high-energy sessions for children aged 18 months to 12 years across the UK.
We are now launching in Coventry and are looking for passionate, reliable, and energetic coaches and venue managers to join our team.
The Role
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to make a real impact through football. You will deliver engaging sessions that build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game while helping create a safe, structured, and positive environment for every child.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and engaging football sessions in line with the Just Ballers programme.
- Prepare and plan sessions to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Set up and pack down equipment before and after sessions.
- Maintain high levels of energy, professionalism, and punctuality.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Support the growth and promotion of Just Ballers locally.
- Assist with basic venue and equipment management where required.

- Experience working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for football and youth development.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
- Energetic and physically capable of leading sessions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a team.
Start Date: July
Hours: 4–10 hours per week (weekend sessions)
