To lead and develop the club’s brand new U16 team, providing a competitive and developmental environment that bridges youth progression and creating a path for our youth players.

Club has its own training/playing facilities, club house and a Veo camera is available to record and analyse matches.

Duties

  • Plan and deliver a weekly training session focused on individual and team development
  • Prepare the team for weekly competitive fixtures.
  • Provide feedback and analysis to support player improvement
  • Collaborate with the club Head coach and club´s coaching team to align player progression pathways

Qualifications

  • Previous coaching experience with youth teams (preferred)
  • FA Level 1 (minimum) or equivalent coaching qualification
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Committed to the club’s values of player development and community engagement
