Готово. Вот перевод вакансии на американский английский — постарался сохранить тот же tone of voice (прямой, разговорный, не «корпоративный»), какой у вас в оригинале.
Partner Success Manager (US, Mexico)
About us
Sportika Labs is a company building and operating a network of franchised soccer schools across the U.S. We've raised funding to launch in this market.
Who we're looking for
We're opening our first U.S. locations and looking for someone who'll be the main point of support for our franchise partners. You'll guide each partner from contract signing through their first revenue (~45 days) and beyond — all the way to steady growth of 150–300 active memberships in their territory.
We invest in our people: you'll go through structured internal training on our methodology, platform, and partner workflow before you start managing accounts on your own.
What you'll be doing
- Run structured onboarding for each new partner: platform, methodology, launch roadmap
- Set weekly goals, host check-in calls, and keep partners on track — especially when things get hard
- Help with operational questions: finding a venue, hiring the first coach, kicking off lead generation, closing the first sales
- Drive partner revenue growth: marketing, retention, upsells, expansion
- Spot patterns across the partner base and organize group formats — webinars, Q&As, workshops
- Gather feedback, flag risks early (churn, low conversion, burnout), and bring those insights back to the team
- Automate your own workflow with AI, CRM, and templates — we're an AI-first team and expect the same from everyone
- Own the metrics: NPS, time-to-first-revenue, trial→subscription, ARPU
KPIs
- High NPS and satisfaction across active partners
- Partners launch on time (~45 days to first revenue) with strong trial → subscription conversion
- Partner academies grow month over month in revenue and active memberships
- Clear, repeatable playbooks for onboarding and growth — not tribal knowledge stuck in one person's head
- Low churn among active partners
What matters
- U.S. market experience — required: you understand small business reality here, what American parents expect, how local processes actually work
- Background in customer success, account management, or business coaching for small businesses — bonus points if you've taken them from zero to launch
- Strong communication: you build trust, give direct feedback, and don't lose the partner when things get tough
- Systematic approach: processes, SLAs, CRM, consistent results
- AI-first mindset — not "open to learning," but already using AI tools and automation in your daily work
- Fluent English and Russian
Nice to have
- Experience in youth or sports business (academies, camps, clubs)
- Experience with licensing or multi-unit franchise models
- Early-stage startup experience
- Familiarity with the U.S. youth sports ecosystem — a plus, but not required
What we offer
- Fully remote
- Part-time now, transitioning to full-time as the partner network grows
- Any time zone, ~9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local
- Structured internal training before you take on accounts independently
- Base pay + performance bonus tied to partner revenue growth and NPS
- Growth path: Head of Partner Success → COO / Head of Operations
How to apply
We're not just looking to fill a seat — a lot rides on this person: partner satisfaction, their growth, and the success of the whole network. That's why we read every application carefully.
- Resume — required
- Cover letter — required. Tell us why this role is a fit for you, what you're looking for in your next career step, and why you think you can pull this off.
