Manager, Partnerships - FIFA World Cup 2026

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager to support the delivery of a high-profile global brand partnership campaign for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in brand partnerships, rights delivery, and approvals coordination, who is comfortable working across multiple markets and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting into the account Director, you will support campaign delivery, manage assigned workstreams, and play a key role in approvals management to ensure correct and consistent use of intellectual property across all activations.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage approvals workflows for assigned global and local campaigns, coordinating feedback and securing rights-holder approval for IP usage

  • Support the delivery of partnership campaigns, ensuring timelines, assets, and outputs are met

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and rights holders to deliver agreed campaign activity

  • Track key milestones, risks, and dependencies across assigned workstreams

  • Support client communications on day-to-day activity, providing clear updates and responding to feedback

  • Assist with campaign planning, reporting, and budget tracking

  • Review creative and campaign materials and provide clear, structured feedback aligned to rights and brand guidelines

  • Support the management of ambassador and talent activity, liaising with talent and legal teams on approvals

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsorship campaigns

  • Exposure to rights delivery and approvals processes, including IP usage and brand compliance

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with clients, rights holders, or governing bodies

  • Football or major sports property experience desirable (FIFA, UEFA, or similar)

  • Language skills preferred: Spanish and/or Portuguese
