Your Epic New Role
As our Market Lead, you will take the helm of 4 Soccer Post stores in our Dallas Region (Arlington, Keller, McKinney, Plano). We are searching for a powerhouse leader who can ignite customer engagement, inspire our amazing staff, master our inventory, and crush store performance goals across the entire region.

What You'll Do to Win
- Champion world-class service and create an authentic, high-octane shopping experience for every fan.
- Build and lead championship-level teams through expert recruitment, scheduling, and management.
- Take charge of the game by balancing merchandise and optimizing stock levels across your stores.
- Be the face of Soccer Post at thrilling off-site events, tournaments, and games.
- Smash your KPIs, blow past sales goals, and drive aggressive customer acquisition.
The Winning Stats (Requirements)
- 3+ years of retail management experience—you know how to lead a team to victory!
- Elite leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask like a pro.
- Flexible and ready for anything, with availability for weekends and holidays.
- Deep, passionate knowledge of soccer and the gear that powers the sport.
