💼 Salary - £12.79 per hour. £13,300 per annum

The Role
To support the Retail Manager and Retail Supervisor in all aspects of Peterborough United’s retail operation.
Accountabilities:
- Provide a first-class customer experience to all who visit/contact the retail shop
- Maximise all sales for the club shop
- Ensure all stock is exceptionally well presented
Duties
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
- Assist with the management of all retail stock and merchandise
- Match day preparation of various retail outlets located around the stadium
- Cash reconciliation daily
- Assist with yearly and rolling stock takes to ensure physical stock levels are consistent with system counts
- Merchandising and securely displaying all products
- Organise the postage and packaging of online sales
- Work flexibly and outside normal working hours as and when required to meet the needs of Peterborough United

- Previous retail/customer service experience
